Join farmer's wife and cheese maker Louise Talbot for a fascinating course in making cheese at home. Louise will show you how to make clotted cream, plus range of hard cheeses including cheddar, Wensleydale and camembert. She will also share some great recipes which incorporate cheese. - This is a follow on course, so it is essential that you have completed our introductory course 'Let's Make Cheese' prior to doing this course as it will have given you the grounding and knowledge to make the more complex cheeses included in our part 2 course.
