Come and learn a new technique of cooking balti dishes. Starting with whole spices, prepare your own spice mixes and pastes and cook Indian balti curries like chicken tikka masala and lamb dhansak with naan bread and jeera fried rice. Be creative and gain confidence with the spices and herbs.

The Patisserie course will cover many of the classics of French pastry work, including classic sweet shortcrust and choux pastry that can be used to make wonderful fruit tartlets and decadent eclairs. You'll also learn how to make Crème Patisserie and little Friand Cakes.
