Drawing with Confidence

Learners will begin by producing a series of drawings of objects chosen for texture shape and tonal value therein. A decision will be made then which drawing to take further in order to focus on creating a larger, bolder drawing, exploring different techniques in shading using pen and ink, charcoal and conte crayon. A selection of papers will be used to extend drawing opportunities. Emphasis will be on enjoying working within a group and exploring new ways to be creative with drawing.
