Denman Appeal Update

Since the news of the college's financial position was announced at Autumn National Council in 2015, many members have expressed their wishes to raise funds to support the future of Denman. A fundraising initiative was brought to the Denman Committee by a WI member from Wiltshire, Christine Hounslow, who is a Denman Ambassador and Guide. As a result the NFWI Board of Trustees agreed that Christine will take on a leading role in the appeal and will be a focal point for feedback. This appeal is aimed at federations, WIs and individuals. The money raised will be used for ongoing maintenance of the buildings and grounds.

We do hope you will support this fundraising campaign and you will spread the message in your WI and to members in your federation. To mid February 2017 the Appeal has raised £270,142 out of a target of £2,000,000.
