Take advantage of the summer weather and share this simple, vegetarian three course Italian meal with your friends and family. Lindy will demonstrate:

Appetiser: Salsa di fave al limone con grissini - Broad bean, parsley, and lemon dip with breadsticks

Main: Spaghettini con zucchini, pinoli tostati e prezzemolo - Spaghetti with fried courgettes, toasted pine nuts and parsley

Dessert: Double Amaretto Affogato 

You can either sit back and watch the demonstration or cook-along with either one or all recipes.

If you do intend to cook-along, please ensure you have all of your ingredients weighed up and ready to go.
