Join Lindy as she demonstrates how to make a variety of savoury recipes suitable to serve as a light lunch or alternative afternoon tea. The recipes will be; Parma ham and cray fish cicchetti, Smoked salmon, dill and cream cheese choux buns, Spinach and ricotta pastries.

You can either sit back and watch the demonstration or cook-along with either one or all recipes.

If you do intend to cook-along, please ensure you have all of your ingredients weighed up and ready to go.
