Join Pratap as he leads you through the ingredients, flavours and techniques used in Indian Cooking. For this session Pratap will teach how to make and finish off two vegetarian recipes; Makhni Dal & Paratha

You can either sit back, watch and take notes or cook-along with either one or all recipes. Pratap will teach using his own pre recorded video demonstrations which he will talk over to discuss all of the different tips and techniques, this will also allow for regular opportunities for Q&A and advice if you are cooking along.

If you do intend to cook-along, please ensure you have all of your ingredients weighed up and ready to go. Pratap will guide you to preparing a meal which can be enjoyed that evening for dinner.
