This class is a fusion of Qigong (like Tai Chi), Yoga and Pilates carefully designed so that you can stretch out tight muscles, build some core strength and enjoy some lovely flowing movements combined with the breath. Finishing with a guided relaxation, you’ll feel energised yet relaxed, the perfect way to unwind after a busy day!

The class will include sitting, laying, kneeling and standing so you do need to be able to get up from/down to the floor unaided.

You wear normal, loose clothing that you can move around in comfortably. Soft soled shoes are a good idea for the qigong aspects of the session and then going barefoot is recommended for the yoga and pilates parts. Using a Yoga or non slip mat is advised during the session.

 

Recordings now available:

This session will be recorded to allow you to play back a recording in your own time. The recordings will be sent out as a link by Denman via email within 24 hours of the completion of the session and will be viewable for the subsequent 6 days. This means that you don't need to worry if you miss a live session or just fancy having another go later in the week.

 

Zoom log in details will be included at the bottom of your confirmation email after you have registered. A health questionnaire will be attached to your confirmation email after booking which must be completed and sent to Elaine prior to you being able to attend this session due to insurance purposes. (If you have previously attended any of Elaine's online Yoga or Qigong classes through Denman at Home and you have already completed the form and returned it, then you are not required to fill it in again.)
