Have you always wanted to find out more about your ancestors? This course takes a brand-new approach, showing you how to get started and stay organized. You’ll learn about the records that are available so you can build up a picture of your family members’ lives, and get pleasure from discovering and sharing their stories.
This course is suitable for you if you’re a complete beginner, or maybe you have tried on your own but got stuck. It will give you the knowledge, confidence and enthusiasm to carry on your research at home or using your local library. You will also be able to contact the tutor after and during the course if you have further questions.
You will need to have access to the Internet to carry out your research and the course will assume that you are comfortable searching and using websites.
