How can I contact Denman?
If you have any urgent queries that are not here, you can contact the NFWI Membership and Engagement team on firstname.lastname@example.org However, please note that they will not have access to any information about existing bookings or be able process any requests on behalf of Denman staff.
I have a course booked between now and 31st August- what do I do?
We will shortly be contacting you in regards to any bookings you have or have had until 31st August 2020 to arrange a refund..
I have a course booked after the 31st August- what do I do?
A decision regarding bookings due to take place after the 31st August will be made in the coming weeks.
I want to postpone my place on my course- how can I? You will be contacted by a member of staff shortly
I want a refund for my course place- how can I do this?
If your course is between now and 1st September 2020
If you haven’t already informed us that you would like a refund then please email email@example.com and we can arrange for this to happen. We will shortly be contacting you in regards to any bookings you have or have had until 31ST August 2020 to arrange a refund.
If your course is after the 1st September 2020
If you wish to cancel your place on a course that is taking place after 31st August then please email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the details.
Are you still running courses in 2020?
We will continue to run ‘Denman at Home’ under the current circumstances and continuous closure. A full programme of future courses and events are on our website. Bookings can be done directly through our website. For all enquiries regarding meeting rooms/conferences/ family functions and weddings then please email email@example.com
