Fitness Disclaimer

Before participating in any online fitness classes with the WI Learning Hub, please carefully read and understand the following disclaimer. By joining and engaging in our virtual exercise and wellbeing sessions, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below:

Health and medical considerations: It is recommended that you consult with your physician or healthcare provider before starting any new fitness program.

You should not participate in online fitness classes if you have any existing health concerns, injuries, or medical conditions that may be aggravated or worsened by physical activity.

Assumption of risk: Engaging in physical activities, including online fitness classes, involves inherent risks of injury. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities.

Responsibility: The instructors of the online fitness classes are not medical professionals, and their advice is not a substitute for professional medical guidance, diagnosis, or treatment.

Individual Responsibility: Participants are responsible for ensuring that their chosen exercise or fitness routine is appropriate for their fitness level and health condition. If at any time during the class you feel discomfort or pain, it is your responsibility to stop and seek appropriate medical attention if necessary.

Technical Considerations: Participants are responsible for ensuring that they have a safe and suitable space for physical activity. It is also essential to use equipment as instructed, wear suitable footwear where required, and to follow guidelines provided by the instructors.

By participating in the online fitness classes, you release the organisers, instructors, and any affiliated parties from any liability for injuries, damages, or other claims that may arise during or after participation.

By participating in our online fitness classes, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this disclaimer.

Online Courses

The full cost must be paid on booking. Thereafter the cancellation policy applies.

Cancellation Charges

Additional cancellation charges will be made as follows :

If you cancel your booking 72 hours before the course taking place, you will be entitled to a full refund, pursuant to the Consumer Protection Regulations.

If you make a booking on a date which is less than 72 hours days before the start date of the course in question, you agree that services can be provided and that your right to cancel will cease.

The full fee paid will be refunded if it is necessary for the WI Learning Hub to cancel a course.

Change of Content, Host or Price

We make every effort to run courses as advertised. However, there may be occasions when we have to change course content, prices and/or hosts. The WI Learning Hub reserves the right to make these changes. In such instances, no reductions or refunds are available and the normal Cancellation Policy applies.

Sales

The WI Learning Hub reserves the right to withdraw sale items and prices at any time. All courses on sale are non-refundable, non-transferable and must be paid in full, in advance.

Refusal of booking whilst attending a course

The WI Learning Hub reserves the unconditional right to refuse a booking or to debar a person from a course in the event of conduct which in our opinion is likely to cause distress, damage or annoyance to guests, employees, property or to any third party.  Cancellation charges of 100% would apply in these circumstances.

Intellectual Property

Unauthorised sharing, copying and reproduction of the WI Learning Hubs online learning content is strictly prohibited and the WI Learning Hub reserve the right to recover; loss of revenue, loss of profits and all other costs (including all legal cost) incurred in the enforcement of this clause.
