Life is stressful, we can’t avoid it, but we can learn coping mechanisms so that we can manage the stress in our lives in a more pragmatic way. In this session you’ll pick up lots of useful tips and techniques that you can bring into your everyday life. We’ll share some practices to help you deal more effectively with stress so you can live in a more calm and peaceful way. All you need is a notebook and pen a comfy chair, and something comfortable to lay down on (if you wish … you can remain seated if you prefer).
