Join Alex Mackay, our Provencal expert and author of the award winning Cooking in Provence to celebrate the glorious cooking and love for life of the Mediterranean. From snacks to sweets, Alex will show you how to bring sunshine into your English Kitchen and onto your tables. He’ll start with tasty titbits based around the famous Nicois & Ligurian Socca and Farinata that you could serve with drinks or enlarge into a buffet. Then we’ll have a fireworks display of flavour with seabass San Sebastian style, Provencal stuffed vegetables with Puy lentils and Pistou, duck legs Moroccan style with freekeh & chermoula, a beautiful berry dessert (balsamic vinegar and black pepper optional!), focaccia and more.  Alex will share his Mediterranean seasoning and presentation tips to infuse your cooking with the look and taste as if they were sur la cote d’azur.This course contains pairwork.
