Join Alison as she demonstrates how to make Rough Puff Pastry which she will then turn into Sausage and Tomato Chutney Rolls and Wensleydale, Gruyere and Roasted Pepper Flan.

You can either sit back and watch the demonstration or cook-along with either one or all recipes. Alison will premake a batch of rough puff which she will use to assemble the sausage rolls and flan – you may wish to leave yours to rest for longer and watch her make these recipes as a demonstration. Alternatively you may wish to premake a batch (or even buy premade puff to practice with ssssssshhhh!)

If you do intend to cook-along, please ensure you have all of your ingredients weighed up and ready to go.
