Join Kelly as she demonstrates how to make Vegan Hummingbird Cupcakes and a Coconut and Cashew Icing which makes a great substitute for cream cheese frosting.

You can either sit back and watch the demonstration or cook-along with either one or both recipes.

If you do intend to cook-along, please ensure you you have all of your ingredients weighed up and ready to go. (Please soak your cashews in cold water the night beforehand)
