Sicily's valuable position in the Mediterranean has contributed to it's rich history, having been invaded by the Greeks, Arabs, Norman's, French and Spanish. Each separate invasion has led to an abundant tapestry of ingredients, flavour and culture left behind, making the Sicilian kitchen diverse, delicious and fascinating. Ursula is so keen to share her passion and knowledge with you as you make some classic dishes from this country, including: pasta con le sardi, semifreddo al torroncino, cassata and caponata to name but a few.
