Tutor: Linda Parkhouse

You will begin by learning how to warp up the loom and then start creating your very own unique shoulder bag to take home with you. Soon you will be enjoying the gentle and therapeutic craft of weaving your own original design from the supplied yarns and shades, learning how to join in new colours and finish off the ends as you go. By the end of the course you will know how to tie off the ends and remove your scarf from the loom, ready for trimming and finishing off.

Extra materials cost of £10 per student to be paid to the tutor on the first evening; the tutor will supply a loom and the project yarn for each student. Please note: there will be a limited range of colours available in 2 different yarns for use on this course.

A selection of extra yarns and trims for possible incorporation into your project will also be available.
