Elaine is delighted to offer you this 4 part set of hour-long Yoga classes running on 4 consecutive Mondays at 6pm from 21st June - 12th July 2021. A perfect way to unwind after a busy day.

In these hour-long weekly sessions Elaine Whittaker will lead us through some lovely yoga practices to release tension from body and mind. Whether this is the first time you’ve tried yoga or regularly attend classes, there will be something for you. There will be a mix of breath work, postures (standing, sitting, kneeling and laying), a mindfulness practice and a lovely relaxation to leave you feeling calm and peaceful.

Elaine has been enjoying yoga herself for over 40 years. She trained with the British Wheel of Yoga and has been teaching for over 12 years.

 

You will need a yoga or other non slip exercise mat and a yoga block or small cushion. Wear loose comfortable clothes and have bare feet.

Zoom log in details will be included at the bottom of your confirmation email after you have registered. A health questionnaire will be attached to your confirmation email after booking which must be completed and sent to Elaine prior to you being able to attend this session due to insurance purposes. (If you have previously attended any of Elaine's online Yoga or Qigong classes through Denman at Home and you have already completed the form and returned it, then you are not required to fill it in again.)
